On February 9, ALFRED CALLEJA, aged 78, passed away peacefully at his residence in St Julian’s.

He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Jean, his sister Carmen and Charles residing in Canada, Helen and her husband Godfrey, Jimmy and his wife Tanya and Jane and her husband John, Chris and his wife Alison, Steve and granddaughter Chloe, his nephews and nieces.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday, February 20, at 12.45pm, for St Julian’s parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 1.30pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
