On August 1, at Loyola House, Naxxar, FR PAUL DEGUARA, S.J., aged 84, went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Mother Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his brethren in the Society of Jesus in Malta, his brothers Carmel, Lazarus and his wife Maria, his sister-in-law Gracey, widow of his brother Anthony, his sisters, Helen and Sister Maria SSD, Doris, widow of Anthony Xuereb, nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.
