On December 29, at her residence in Floriana, GLADYS WIRTH, widow of Henry, aged 99, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her children Anthony, and Wilhelmina Fenech Conti and her grandchildren Ian and his wife Kristina, Nikki and her husband Philip, Luisa and her husband  Kris, and Suhail, and her great-grandchild Sienna, her brother-in-law Edgar Wirth and his wife Nanette, as well as her carer Sheryl, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.

The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, December 31, at 8.30am for St Publius church, Floriana, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.15am followed by interment at the Adolorata Cemetery.

No flowers by request but donations to the Malta Community Chest Fund will be greatly appreciated.
