On February 18, IGNATIUS BORG of Birkirkara, aged 92, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Mary Anne (Marie), his children John and his wife Mariella, Veronica and her husband Anthony Bezzina, his grandson Luca and his wife Elisa, his sisters Emma and Antoinette, Albert, widower of his sister Doris, other family members and friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, February 25, for the Capuchin friary, Floriana, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

No flowers by request but donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor, Ħamrun, and Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
