On March 24, JOHN C. VELLA of Mosta, aged 66, passed away peacefully to meet the Risen Christ, surrounded by his loving family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Marsha, née Muscat, his son Andrew and his wife Sharon, his daughter Maria and her husband Keith, his grandchildren Angela, Elena, Jenny and James, his sister Carmen and her husband Frans, his sister Doreen and her husband Joe, his sister Henriette, widow of Alfred, his sister-in-law Carmelina, widow of Neville, his sister-in-law Simone and her husband Carmelo, his sister-in-law Marie and her husband Olvin, his nephews and nieces, dear relatives and friends, and the staff at John C. Vella Sewing Machines.

He will always be remembered as John Vella ‘tal-magni tal-ħjata’, a passion he always carried with great heart.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
