On March 25, at Mater Dei Hospital, KATHLEEN MARY (Kay) CASSAR, teacher, widow of Paul, passed away peacefully.

She is fondly remembered by her sister Hilary, brother Derrick, in-laws, nieces, nephews, other family members, relatives, many friends and former students in the United Kingdom and Malta. Special mention goes to her nephews Dr Julian and Dr Peter, and her dear friend Mary Micallef, who tended her with much loving care.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, April 1, for St Julian’s parish church where Mass to celebrate her life will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant her eternal rest.
