On January 11, MARIO GRUNGO, aged 75, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church.

He will always be loved and cherished by his wife Bernardette, his children Martina and her partner Luke Spiteri, Andrea and her husband Sergio Cappitta, his precious grandchildren Zack, Nina, Matthew, Giorgia and Sofia, his siblings Antoinette and her husband Dr Raymond Zammit, Joseph and his partner Sheila, Jeanine and her husband Frank Sciberras, Jacqueline and her husband Albert Farrugia, his in-laws Francis and his wife Marguerite Padovani, Rosemary and her husband Franco Camilleri, his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends.

The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, January 14, for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass to celebrate his life will be said at 9am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant him eternal rest.
