AMBROGIO. On November 16, MARY ROSE of Sliema, residing in Attard, passed away aged 79 after a long illness. She leaves to mourn her loss her siblings William and his wife Marie, John and his wife Mary, Marthese and her husband Vincent, Joe and his wife Hanna; her treasured nephews and nieces, Raymond, Noel, Ann-Marie, Lisa, Luke, Elizabeth and Victoria, and their respective spouses; and many relatives and friends.

Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated on Thursday, November 20, at 9am at the parish church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Attard, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Lord, grant her eternal rest.

The family thank the dedicated doctors, nurses and carers at JPII (St Vincent de Paul residence), who looked after Mary Rose in the final years of her life.

Rose, it was a long and troubled journey, filled with success and pain. You are no longer with us but you will always be in our hearts, and a shining example to all of us.
