On July 31, in London UK, Mgr. LEO J. WHITE, Prefect Apostolic Emeritus of Garissa in Kenya passed peacefully away at the age of 89.

He leaves to mourn his loss, Tessie widow of his late brother Thomas and their family,  the family of his late sister Jessie and her late husband Anthony Cassar White, his sister Mary and her husband John Grech and their family, Rose widow of his late brother George and their family, his brother Edgar and his wife Josephine and their family and Joe Cachia widower of his late sister Agnes, other relatives and friends.
